7-Day Return Request Window

Return requests should be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Contact Kopech with your order number, product name and the reason for the return.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For a change-of-mind return to be considered, the product must be unused, undamaged and complete with its original packaging, accessories and supplied materials.

Activated or Registered Diagnostic Devices

Automotive diagnostic devices that have been activated, registered, licensed, paired to an account or otherwise placed into service are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

This restriction does not prevent Kopech from reviewing a genuine defect, an incorrect product supplied by Kopech or another issue for which Kopech is responsible.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you believe a product is defective or you received a different product from the one ordered, contact Kopech as soon as possible. Photos, video, serial numbers or other information may be requested to help verify the issue.

Return Authorization

Do not send a product back until Kopech has reviewed your request and provided return instructions. An unauthorized return may delay inspection and resolution.

Inspection

Returned products are inspected before a refund, replacement or other resolution is approved. Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, physical damage or unauthorized modification may not qualify.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using an appropriate payment method after inspection. Processing time may depend on the payment method or financial institution.

Delivery Charges

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Where Kopech supplied an incorrect or verified defective product, applicable delivery costs may be handled as part of the resolution.
